ADAI is an AI Sales Assistant platform operated under the ADWORKS brand. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when users create ADAI accounts, configure businesses, connect messaging channels, and use AI-assisted conversations.
Depending on how you use ADAI, we may collect account information such as your name and email address; business profile information such as business name, niche, products, services, prices, knowledge, website links, and AI settings; subscription and plan status; and technical information necessary to operate and secure the service.
If you choose to connect a Facebook Page, ADAI may receive the Page name, Page ID, Page access token, Page-related permissions, Messenger sender identifiers, message content, conversation metadata, and webhook events required to provide messaging automation.
Page access tokens are intended to be stored securely and encrypted. ADAI uses connected Page permissions only to provide features the user has explicitly enabled, such as receiving Messenger messages, generating AI responses, routing conversations, and sending follow-up messages within applicable platform rules.
We use information to operate ADAI, authenticate users, configure AI assistants, connect business Pages, respond to customer messages, route website calls-to-action, provide analytics and lead management, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and provide customer support.
Business information and customer messages may be processed by AI systems to generate responses, recommendations, routing decisions, lead handling, and other ADAI features. Users are responsible for reviewing their own business content and ensuring that the information they configure is accurate and appropriate.
ADAI may provide automated follow-up tools for connected Messenger Pages. These tools are designed to respect applicable messaging windows and user opt-out signals. Users remain responsible for complying with Meta Platform Terms, Messenger policies, applicable laws, and customer consent requirements.
We may use trusted infrastructure and service providers to operate ADAI, such as hosting, database, email, payment, analytics, and AI providers. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may disconnect a Facebook Page, which removes the active Page connection from ADAI. Some security, billing, or audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information, including access controls, encrypted secrets, tenant isolation, and secure authentication practices. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Users may update business information, disable features, disconnect connected Pages, stop auto follow-up, and request account or data deletion. Customers messaging a connected business may request that automated follow-ups stop. ADAI is designed to honor recognized opt-out messages such as STOP or unsubscribe.

ADAI may be used internationally. Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws concerning access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, or restriction of personal data processing.
ADAI is intended for business users and is not designed for children under the age required by applicable law to consent to online services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
